Support and guidance for immigrant families in their child's education, facilitating communication between the school or daycare and the family to promote academic success.

9 workshops helping parents understand their role in their children's academic success and navigate the school system.
Parent support groups
Strengthening parenting skills with the "Nobody's Perfect" program: behavior, development, safety, and parental role.
Low-cost summer camps
Summer camps for elementary and high school children from low-income immigrant families, with French language practice.
Spring break activities
Programming during school spring break week.
Community drop-in childcare2 services
Community drop-in childcare for children aged 6 months to 5 years, with the educational program "I'm Growing in Community Drop-In Childcare." Full-day or half-day options available (morning or afternoon).
Healthy lunches
Monthly parent-child activity to learn healthy eating habits through collective cooking.
"Growing Up in French" project
CARI Saint-Laurent initiative aimed at preparing immigrant children for school by facilitating their French language learning.
Oasis respite care (special needs)
Service specially designed for children aged 5 to 12 with mild special needs (ADHD, ASD, language disorders...) to provide respite for parents.

Our department supports young immigrants in their social and academic integration, in developing their skills and self-confidence, and in their academic success.
Individual support
Support and guidance for young immigrants aged 14 to 25 to develop their autonomy and initiative-taking.
Social activities
Recreational, sports, cultural, and informational activities for youth.
"Leaders of Hope" youth committee
Committee for and by youth, allowing them to come together around activities to develop their self-confidence, leadership, and network.
