Through conversation and various activities, we offer women spaces for a better understanding of their host society and themselves. Skills development, psychosocial support, networking, volunteering, and civic participation.

Health and Cooking
Learning healthy eating habits and economical cooking with products from Quebec and elsewhere.
Civic Participation
Workshops on Quebec society, women's conditions, rights awareness, and social engagement.
Discussion Cafés
Gatherings for immigrant women to share their experiences in Quebec society, discuss topics that affect them, and discover new resources.
Wellness Activities
Fitness and stress management sessions (e.g., yoga, pilates...).
Family Outings
Organized excursions in connection with the welcome and integration service.
Book Club and Life Stories
Reading discussions combined with collaborative writing projects capturing personal narratives.
Cycling Classes
Series of workshops to introduce immigrant women to cycling in a setting that fosters intercultural exchanges.
Photovoice
Series of participatory workshops where women discuss photos taken according to a defined theme. Participants take both negative and positive photos that are shared and discussed, using photography as a medium to share their migration and integration experiences.
