Workshops on Quebec society, women's conditions, rights awareness, and social engagement.
Coffee Chat Discussions
Gatherings for immigrant women sharing their experiences in Quebec society, discussing topics that concern them, and discovering new resources.
Wellness Activities
Fitness and stress management sessions (e.g., yoga, pilates).
Family Outings
Organized excursions in connection with the welcome and integration service.
Book Club and Life Stories
Reading discussions combined with collaborative writing projects capturing personal narratives.
Cycling Lessons
Series of workshops to introduce immigrant women to cycling in a setting that fosters intercultural exchange.
Photovoice
Series of participatory workshops where women share photos taken around a defined theme. Participants take both negative and positive photos that are shared and discussed, using photography as a medium to share their migration and integration experiences.
